Drawing upon her professional skills from years of management and professional experience in a variety of settings, Jennifer finds herself in a unique position to not only research and present data about yoga, mindfulness, meditation, organic and healthy eating, but do it in a way that plants the seeds of a holistic lifestyle in others.
She is an avid and voracious reader and has been her whole life. Jennifer keeps herself busy devouring myriad publications about yoga and a healthy, holistic lifestyle. She has read and reread many texts regarding yoga, from classic texts such as the Bhagavad Gita to more contemporary writings such as Baxter Bell, Gernot Huber and many periodicals such as Yoga Journal and International Yoga, to name just a few.
Jennifer also identifies herself as an artist and indulges her creative urges by doing a bit of writing, with one of her literary feats being a blog which she wrote as part of her 200-hour certification. Furthermore, she is presently working on devising a series of lesson plans and handouts for weekly students that entails a good deal of reading, interpreting material and then presenting it in an interesting but accurate manner.
